Description

Extract the fitted values of a SpatialProbit model.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'SpatialProbit'
fitted(object, type = "link", cut = 0.5, ...)

Arguments

object	an object of class SpatialProbit.
type	the type of prediction: "link" the value of the latent variable. Default. "response" probability. "binary" binary 0/1 output.
cut	the threshold probability for the "binary" type. Default is 0.5.
...	ignored

Value

Returns the vector of fitted values of the SpatialProbit model
