Found bug for tools::texi2pdf(). Seems to be an internal problem outside of RndTexExams, can't fix it: "mkdir: cannot create directory ‘Code/R’: No such file or directory". The default is now using 'custom' call to pdflatex.

The rte_analyze_tex_file is now procedural, making it easier to debug and include new latex classes in the future

Added code for testing pairwise hypothesis of cheating based on student's answer sheet. The code is now integrated with package CopyDetect
Added a new vignette (Testing for visual cheating with RndTexExams)
