20,415 protein-coding genes in the human genome from Ensembl (v70) and information on the retention of duplicates originating either from the two whole genome duplications at the onset of vertebrates (<e2><80><98>ohnolog<e2><80><99>) or from subsequent small scale duplications (<e2><80><98>SSD<e2><80><99>) as well as copy number variants (<e2><80><98>CNV<e2><80><99>), cathegory order.
