getRDI-methods: getRDI method for the size based model

Description

Calculates the density independent recruitment (total egg production) before density dependence, by species. Used by the project method for performing simulations.

Arguments

object

A MizerParams object.

n

A matrix of species abundance (species x size).

n_pp

A vector of the background abundance by size.

e_spawning

The energy available for spawning (optional). A matrix of size no. species x no. size bins. If not supplied, is calculated internally using the getESpawning() method.

sex_ratio

Proportion of the population that is female. Default value is 0.5.

Value

A numeric vector the length of the number of species
