Treatment Choice Cox Model
Builds time-varying covariates needed and fits Treatment Choice Cox models (Parametric Treatment Choice (PTC),
Hybrid Treatment Choice (HTC), or Interval Treatment Choice (ITC)) for observational time-to-event studies.
