IMPACT cbioPortal dataset.
Description
This set contains the publicly available data from cbioPortal patient level
clinical data. The file is organized with each line corresponding
to the information of each patient.
Usage
clin.patients
Format
A data frame with 497 observations on the following 6 variables
- X.Patient.Identifier
Factor, IMPACT patient ID
- Sex
Factor, Sex information: Female, Male
- Patient.s.Vital.Status
Factor, indicates whether the patient is alive or deceased
- Smoking.History
Factor, Indicates if person has a history of smoking
- Overall.Survival..Months.
Overall survival in months
- Overall.Survival.Status
Survival status
