emailFirstTimeVolunteers: Creates a draft email with instructions for new volunteers

Description

After a volunteer signs up for a program that is new to them, we send them an email with instructions. This function finds the email template in the user's draft folder then generates and creates a draft of the emails to send to the volunteers in the user's Gmail draft folder.

  emailFromPretty, emailTemplateSubject, newVolunteers, volunteers,
  programs, schools, emailPath, runTime)

Arguments

newVolunteers

A data.frame with all of the volunteers to whom we want to send an email of instructions; that is, those volunteers who have signed up for program that is new to them. This should contain Program, Name, First.Date triplets.

volunteers

A data.frame with the information about the volunteers, such as contact information.

programs

A data.frame with information about each of the programs.

schools

A data.frame with School.Names and matching School.Abbreviations.

emailFrom

The user's Gmail e-mail address.

subjectLine

The subject line of the email template (excluding the word TEMPLATE) in the user's draft folder and also the subject of the email sent to the volunteers.
