Description

This function allows you two identify a volunteer who has signed up for a first program and who has never signed up for that program before.

Usage

getNewFirstTimeVolunteers(volTbl0, volTbl1, volunteers)

Arguments

volTbl0

A previously acquired set of sign-ups.

volTbl1

A newly acquired set of sign-ups.

volunteers

The latest table of volunteer information.

Value

A data frame with volunteer-program combinations that appear in volTbl1 but not volTbl0, and the First.Date of the volunteer at the program. In other words, who signed up recently, but has never signed up for the particular program before?
