Description

For certain files, such as the report from SignUp.com, and the Volunteer List Excel file, there is an "active" file, the most recent report, or file. Each time the program runs, it moves the active file into an archive directory in the same directory as the active file, and it moves the new active file into position in the relevant directory.

rotateFiles(oldFileDir, oldFilePath, newFilePath = NULL,
  newFileName = NULL)

Arguments

oldFilePath

The path of the former "active" file

newFilePath

The full path, including file name, or the current location of the new active file.

newFileName

The name that will be given to the new active file.
