gainscan (Version 0.0.1.0)
gain-scan, an R software package to process protein microarray data
Installation
Install the latest code from github
devtools::install_github("BULQI/gainscan")
Build the vignette and install the code from github
devtools::install_github("BULQI/gainscan", build_vignettes=TRUE)
Then check the vignette for the sample code and a short tutorial
vignette("gainscan")
