Deprecated functions in package ‘AnVIL’

Description

These functions are provided for compatibility with older versions of ‘AnVIL’ only, and will be defunct at the next release.

Usage

avworkflow_configuration(
  configuration_namespace,
  configuration_name,
  namespace = avworkspace_namespace(),
  name = avworkspace_name()
)

avworkflow_import_configuration(
  config,
  namespace = avworkspace_namespace(),
  name = avworkspace_name()
)

Arguments

configuration_namespace	character(1).
configuration_name	character(1).
namespace	character(1).
name	character(1).
config	avworkflow_configuration object.

Details

The following functions are deprecated and will be made defunct; use the replacement indicated below:

• avworkflow_configuration(): avworkflow_configuration_get

• avworkflow_import_configuration(): avworkflow_configuration_set
