Application to help structure determination of lipopeptide.

To install locally:

Install R https://www.r-project.org/

In the console, install the package with those commands

install.packages('devtools')
devtools::install_github('dimitrif/lipopeptidor')

Then, run this command to launch the application

lipopeptidor::run.lipopeptidor()
