rothfreezer R package
The data in this R package is intended for use by members of the Rothstein Lab to enable modifiable yet reproducible strain and reagent annotations.
Installation
devtools::install_github('EricEdwardBryant/rothfreezer')
Contribute
To update entries in this database, submit an issue requesting access to our shared Google drive. After adding or modifying an entry on the google drive, please submit a separate issue requesting a rothfreezer/drive sync. I will import, review, and commit your changes to this repository at which point you can re-install the package to have access to the latest version of the database.
