A Principal Components Analysis (PCA) tool.

Installation

devtools::install_github("IsaacShaffer/PCAtools")

Usage

For a complete full rank PCA analysis:

iris_demo <- PCA(iris[,1:4])

The data projected onto their respective PCs:
