In KateMMiller/wetlandACAD: Package for compiling, querying, summarizing and plotting freshwater wetland data in Acadia NP
wetlandACAD
This package was developed to analyze freshwater wetland data collected in the 8 sentinel sites in Acadia National Park by the Northeast Temperate Network. Current functions pull in well data from csvs that were exported from hobo files for each of the 8 sites plus 2 barometric pressure correction loggers. More generalized functions are in the works that do not require specific files with specific names. This package also has a function for downloading hourly precipitation data from NADP for a specified period and weather station.
