R package with routines to do size spectrum on fish populations and communities. The package is used to plot all figures in: K.H. Andersen (2019) "Fish Ecology, Evolution, and Exploitation", https://press.princeton.edu/titles/13516.html.
The package is not documented, but "SingleStockAssessment" in the file Examples.R shows how to do basic calculations.
Contains a Shiny app. The app can be tested on http://oceanlife.dtuaqua.dk/FishSizeSpectrum
