In LDalby/ralmass: Functions to Prepare and Analyze Data for and from ALMaSS
ralmass
The ralmass package contain R functions to support use of the individual based model system ALMaSS.
It provides functions to prepare GIS input data, setup scenarios to run in ALMaSS and analyze and visualize results from them.
ALMaSS it self is hosted on GitLab. See more on the ALMaSS project page.
ralmass is under development. Use with caution.
