In Lucaweihs/sBIC: Computing the Singular BIC for Multiple Models

Resubmission

This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

• Changed the word "gaussian" to "Gaussian" in the DESCRIPTION.
• Updated the .Rbuildignore to ignore the cran-comments.md file.

Test environments

• local OS X install, R 3.2.3
• Using devtools::build_win()
