In LukeBatten/antarcticR: Visualisation tools for Antarctica, including some clustering methods
antarcticR
Antarctica R package for visualisation, clustering, base/station viewing, etc.
The BEDMAP2 data can be used for visualisation: ice thickness, surface etc.
A simplified bottom-Earth view is also available.
Some output views:
This is hosted online, but only via a slow VPS: antarcticRonline
Note: this will not work at institutions that block inbound traffic via port 3838.
