mi2AnalysisTemplate
Report templates for data analysis done by MI2 Data Lab.
To use these templates, install the package:
if (!requireNamespace("devtools")) install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("mi2datalab/mi2AnalysisTemplate")
library(mi2AnalysisTemplate)
and restart R Studio.
Then use File -> New -> R Markdown -> From template
in R Studio and choose MI2 Data Preparation Report template or Mi2 Modeling Report template.
