In MSKCC-Epi-Bio/SvyNom: Nomograms for Right-Censored Outcomes from Survey Designs

• Added pkgdown website for the package.

• Tidying up the internals using stats:: and importFrom() as needed and fixing URLs that had migrated from http to https.

• Updated the DESCRIPTION file to include reference to the manuscript describing the methods used in the package.

• Removed .Random.seed object from package, as it was no longer utilized.
