In Mystilivia/SDjoygret: Testing R Package
joygret The joy of optimization combined with the regret of past inefficiencies.
Introduction
This package has been made during my PhD as a biologist specialized in metabolism. It contains functions to treat metabolomic data, and more generic function to visualize data.
Installation
To install the package, install the "devtools" package and type the following command in the r console.
require(devtools)
devtools::install_github("Mystilivia/SDjoygret")
