Overview

dfbmd is a package which consises of documented functions, many of them are orginated from my computing work during my master degree to solve some problems of bioinformatics:

• ROC comparision curve of different models
• Drug-drug interaction prediction
• Clustering method with basic R code
• Other R tools to make research work easier

Installation

# The easiest way to get this package is to install 
it from github:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("Ronlee12355/dfbmd")
