Description

JB.logreg_om output the table with ordered logistic regression analysis result with HR (95% Confidence Interval),P value. This function only change the format of the output. Note the difference with JS.crisk, however the usage is the same

Usage

JB.logreg_om(xvar, yvar, name)

Arguments

xvar

A matrix of independent variable

yvar

Dependent variable range (level > 2)

name

A vertor of independent variable name

Value

A formated output including OR(95% Confidence Intervals), P value.
