Simulation code

This folder contains the R code for the simulations presented in our manuscript. It has the following files:

• "Simulation.R" is the code to run the simulations
• "simulation_data.rds" contains the simulated data
• "simulation analysis.R" analyses the data and plots the results
• "Figure4.jpg" is the resulting figure 4 of the manuscript

To run this code, please clone this repository to your machine. For example with this command:

$ git clone https://github.com/T-Engel/betaC.git
