NIFTI.QC is an open-source project with the goal of implementing neuroimage quality control metrics in the R software environment for statistical computing and graphics.
Portions of NIFTI.QC are derived from and are further influenced by MRIQC and the PCP Quality Assessment Protocol
Both MRIQC and PCP utilize the 3-clause BSD license and the copyrights are retained given this derivative work. We have appended copyright for the R implementation, modifications, and novel aspects of these tools. License
