blur(image_path, output_path) blurs an image.

• Input:

  • input_path: string, path for the input image file as a .png.
  • output_path: string, path for the output image file as a .png.

• Output: an image file called "blur.png" at the output path.

• Example: blur("img.png", "blur.png")
