Differential expression analysis of longitudinal count data sets
ImpulseDE2 is a differential expression algorithm for longitudinal count data sets
which arise in sequencing experiments such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and DNaseI-seq.
INSTALLATION
Clone the GitHub repository first into you local target directory
and then install the package via "R CMD INSTALL .".
VIGNETTE
View the vignette (.html) in your browser by double clicking on "vignettes/ImpulseDE2_Tutorial.html".
