Zhiqiangcao/sim: Growth modelling using a shape invariant model

Functions for fitting growth curves using SIM (Shape Invariant Model) with or without independent covariates and computing some public health indexs, such as PHV (peak height velocity), APHV (age at peak height velocity) and HPHV (height at peak height velocity). This package is based on SITAR (Super Imposition by Translation And Rotation), and SITAR is a Shape Invariant Model with a regression B-spline mean curve and subject-specific random effects on both the measurement and age scales.
