The tsml.cara.rct()
function of the tsml.cara.rct package is meant to
simulate easily the sampling from a targeted sequential design and the
targeted (data-adaptive) inference of the Average Treatment Effect (ATE) or
Mean of the Optimal treatment Rule (MOR) based on accrued data.
