Random number generation for the PKB distribution in N dimensions using the rejection sampling method.

`n` |
number of observations to be generated. |

`mu` |
the location parameter with same dimension as the quantiles to be generated. Normalized to length one. |

`rho` |
the concentration parameter, with 0 <= rho < 1. Must be a scalar. |

`method` |
string specifying RNG method for rpkbN; current options are 'rejunif', rejection sampling using the uniform as the dominating distribution, and 'rejvmf', rejection sampling using the von Mises Fisher distribution as the dominating distribution |

A list with the following objects:

A n X p matrix of return values, where p is lenght(mu) |

`numAccepted` |
Number of samples accepted in the rejection sampling |

`numTries` |
Total number of samples generated in the rejection sampling |
