In atusy/qntmap: Enhance quantitative analysis of EPMA map

The dataset is artificially synthesized by YASUMOTO Atsushi.
The format of dataset follows that of output from JEOL's EPMA (JEOL JXA-8105).
However, the dataset only contains data which is required to run QntMap.
