Fars Package Coursera Week 4 - Building R package. \
The package focuses on the Data preparation and visualization of the Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) from the US National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA).
The package has Three main functions, namely to:
1. Read the Filetype
2. Change filename
3. Visualize where the Accidents happened
