basarabam/SerbianCyrLat: Serbian Latin to Cyrillic Converter

The package converts Serbian latin characters to Serbian Cyrillic characters and vice versa. It is possible to choose type of conversion as to choose to clone character changes in new variable or to change charactersin place. It is possible to convert strings in character variables and dataframes. It is important to use lcl() function before transliterating. Look at the examples for detail use of transliterating.
