bennyyclo/Cytofin: Integrate CyTOF Datasets From Heterogeneous Sources
Integrate multiple CyTOF datasets collected from independent sources (i.e. labs, institutions, etc.). Cytofin performs CyTOF panel alignment across datasets ("homogenization") as well as batch correction using generalized anchors identified on each CyTOF plate ("normalization").
