Change in maintainer
Ownership has transferred from Louis Schenck to Beth Atkinson. Louis is no longer at Mayo
so he cannot send an email from the maintainer email on record, however he did send an email
from his new address (forwarded to Uwe Ligges on 02.03.2018).

I modified the URL in the CITATION file and added in a reference in the description file for the statistical methods.
