phenotypr

The goal of phenotypr is to predict a phenotype form EHR data using both ICD diagnosis codes and NLP processed notes.

Installation

You can install phenotypr from github with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("borishejblum/phenotypr")
