In cgplab/PAMESdata: Precomputed lists of informative CpG sites and islands for PAMES package
PAMESdata
PAMESdata provides a set of CpG sites and CpG islands generated with our R package PAMES making use of public data from TCGA. The following cancer types have been analyzed:
- BLCA
- BRCA
- COAD
- ESCA
- HNSC
- KIRC
- KIRP
- LIHC
- LUAD
- LUSC
- PAAD
- PRAD
- THCA
- UCEC
Installation
You can install PAMESdata from github with:
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("cgplab/PAMESdata")
