longsurr
Overview
longsurr is a package for analyzing the surrogate value of longitudinal markers, and quantifying the proportion of a treatment effect explained by a longitudinal surrogate marker. The main function is estimate_surrogate_value, which estimates the residual treatment effect, the proportion of treatment effect explained, and gives bootstrap standard errors and confidence intervals.
