In dtdoering/grofitr: Prepare and analyze microbial growth data for use with R/grofit

grofitr

grofitr provides a tidy wrapper for the grofit package, for ease of integration with the Tidyverse suite of data analysis packages.

Installation

You can install grofitr from github with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("dtdoering/grofitr")
