frajaroco/pdLISTA: LISTA functions
Basic toolkit for cluster detection in spatio-temporal point patterns through the local versions of the second-order product density function as a powerful tool to address the problem of classification of interesting subpatterns. The LISTA functions can be grouped into bundles of similar functions according to a particular statistical distances.
