utl: utility functions for R/qtl analysis
This package contains some utility functions for doing QTL analysis with R/qtl. For more
information about R/qtl, see its official website. See also the
website of its successor package, R/qtl2.
Installation
Before installing utl, you should first install its
dependencies listed in the package DESCRIPTION file.
Using devtools, utl can then be installed from GitHub as follows:
devtools::install_github("gact/utl")
Documentation
To view the utl help pages within R, input the following command:
help(package=utl)
