blackbuck-R-toolkit
This package contains functions part of an R toolkit to query a server of cytometry data (note: some tools are modification of code written by ZBjornson).
This includes getting a list of experiments, files, populations, gates, and statistics. There are also functions that deal with retrieving annotations, and renaming to make features syntactically R friendly.
