In giantoak/mmppr: Markov Modulated Poisson Process for Unsupervised Event Detection in Time Series of Counts

mmppr is an R package for using Markov-Modulated Poisson Processes to detect events.

If you want to download it from this repository, run this command in R:

devtools:install_github("giantoak/mmppr")

If you want to download it from CRAN, run this command in R:

install.packages("mmppr")

NOTE: events is no longer a parameter in the main sensorMMPP function.
