PIHM-AnalysisPackage
This project may not be updated since the new PIHMgisR project started.
This package can be used for PIHM2.x still, but may not compatible with PIHM++(v4.0). If you need support for PIHM++(v4.0), please use PIHMgisR (https://github.com/shulele/PIHMgisR).
PIHM analysis package in R.
Current version only works for PIHM 2.0+ (With/without Lake module).
The output files must follow the format of [projectname.var.dat].
