Morris water maze analyzer

Data description

Data come in folders, where each folder then contains "runs" for different animals.

The *.dat files contain specific header and then positioning data throughout the later portion of the file.

General use

Data are loaded with load_trial or load_session functions.

Visualisations

Data can be visualised with plot_trial or plot_heatmap.
