In icb-knowing/biomapr: ID Mapping for Biology
biomapr
Congratulation, you are part of our alpha testers.
The biomapr includes the following nodes and all forward and backward (from both sources) cross-mappings for human. Mouse data is currently being added:
- NCBI gene, Refseq transcript + protein
- Ensebml gene, transcript + protein
- UniProt protein
IMPORTANT
We need your help!
1. Testing
We validated a lot but we are also aware that there might be missing links/nodes.
If you test and find errors, please report to:
https://github.com/knowinghealth/biomapr/issues
Or contact us per mail.
2. Improving
Let us know whats missing. Let us know if you dont understand whats going on.
Let us know what you urgently would need for your analysis.
3. No share
For now – please do not share this package with someone else before telling us. Please e-mail to info@knowing-health.com if you start using it without personal invitation. Thanks!
