Calculate and plot surge capacity metrics from a SurgeSim database
INSTALLATION
-Clone the git package into a local working directory
-Install the package with R CMD INSTALL radmac2
-Copy the contents of the R directory to /var/FastRWeb/web.R/
-From /var/FastRWeb/tmp run the command mydfconfig_make to create the Rd
file needed for R to access the appropriate mysql database
