ALDdata

Data for use in analysis of Admixture Linkage Disequilibrium

This is an R package that is suggested for use with ALDsuite (see http://github.com/johnsonra/ALDdata for additional details).

Use the following command within R to install:

remotes::install_github('https://github.com/johnsonra/ALDdata')
