The International Fixed
Calendar is
a proposed calendar system that divides the 364 solar days into 13
months of 28 days, with the last day not belonging to any month (two
days every leap year). Every month of every year the 5th day falls on a
Thursday. This package uses
lubridate
to convert
Gregorian dates to Fixed dates for every day use.
